What a poor experience I am having with this MD805 I just bought.  It is connected to my PC, a Win10 laptop, and is alive.  I have registered.  I run the current version of Maxi PC Suite and I get "failed to find a device".  

What is going on? 

By the way, this web site sucks in a big way.
